Objective
The objective of this Invitation for submission of bid is to identify a System Integration Associate (SIA) to address a particular ‘Business Opportunity’ / a kind of ‘Business Opportunity’ which has emerged or under process to emerge from a client for the implementation of a project in Government Domain. The prospective customer has already published/disclosed its broad requirement through an Invitation for EoI/RFP/Tender/e-Mail/Discussions which is to be responded with the submission of Techno-commercial
Proposal / Bid in due course of time.
Scope of Work:
The selected agency shall be responsible for end-to-end implementation of a technology-enabled Personalized Adaptive Learning (PAL) Solution in identified Government Schools of Gujarat for students of Classes V to VIII. The scope includes design, customization, deployment, implementation, training, handholding, and operations & maintenance of the PAL platform in alignment with the State curriculum, GCERT learning outcomes, and assessment framework for Mathematics and Science.
The agency shall deploy a fully functional PAL solution across designated schools, ensuring compatibility with available hardware and provision for online and limited offline usage. The solution must support diagnostic assessments, personalized learning pathways, adaptive content delivery, targeted remediation, and continuous progress tracking at student, class, school, district, and state levels through dashboards and analytics. Integration with existing state systems such as Vidya Samiksha Kendra (VSK) through secure APIs shall be ensured.
The scope further includes comprehensive teacher training (on-site and online), user enablement, and continuous academic and technical support. A robust Field Management Support (FMS) structure, centralized helpdesk, issue escalation mechanism, and regular reporting on usage and learning outcomes shall be provided. The agency shall also ensure data security, privacy compliance, regular software updates, performance monitoring as per SLA, and uninterrupted operations throughout the contract period, including warranty and O&M support.
